Acts Housing is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. - Provide frontline technical support (in person, phone, email)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and core systems
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment setup
- Perform routine updates and maintenance
- Help with IT projects and system improvements
- 1–3 years of IT support experience or relevant coursework/internship
- Strong Windows & Mac knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in office and light technical environments
