The CMM Group, a respected supplier of air pollution control systems, process equipment such as dryers and ovens and other industrial equipment and services to its customers in a variety of industrial markets, is seeking a Project Engineer to support and expand the Engineering team.
Essential Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans.
- Coordinate internal / external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources – including third-party vendors and customers.
- Work with company leadership to assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment such as oxidizers, industrial dryers and ovens, burners, fans, beneficial to the role but not required.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing preferred
- Prefer 3+ years of experience project engineering or project management
- Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Utilize ERP system effectively to manage, plan for scope of work, and provide project reports / updates to the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Position is full time, 40+ hours per week
- Occasional travel for customer meetings/site visits
