Job Summary
Client Service Specialist responsibilities include serving customers and vendors by resolving customer issues, assisting customers in using our products, respond to requests, follow compliance guidelines, and maintain quality service.



Essential Functions
  • Provide application technical support to airline agents, venues, and transit network retailers
  • Identify customer needs and help customers with application platforms.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical and card issues are resolved 
  • Maintain database, preparing receipt paper, zero balance cards, and other duties as assigned between calls.
  • Assist with preparing statistical reports and providing reports within established timeframes.
  • Monitor and track customer complaints.
  • Prepares work by gathering sorting, organizing, and recording data, information and documents.
  • Attend calibration calls and process improvement meetings.
  • Update data logs for finance and compliance.
  • Promptly answer call center phones and respond to email within required SLA timeframes.


Other Functions     
Education, Experience and Other Skills
  • College degree or equivalent of Call Center experience
  • 3-5 years of Customer Service Experience.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, a solid foundation in business application development and a “can do” attitude.
  • Must be able to develop formal business documents following established documentation/presentation software packages (or similar products from other vendors): MS-Word, MS-Excel-, MS-PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
  • Ability travel with limited overnights

  • Close new clients by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts (SOWs, MSAs); and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Provide input to constantly improve our products and services to add value to our customers and shareholders.
  • Locate potential business deals by contacting and building relationships with potential partners.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their technical needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Resolving service issues and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.
