APG Office Furnishings, one of the leading multi-line office furniture dealerships in the Midwest, is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team.
For a candidate to be considered, a higher education degree in Accountancy is required. Successful candidates will have good organization and communication skills, along with an understanding of the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions in a dynamic, cross-trained accounting department.
Responsibilities could include:
Experience in one or more of these areas is required, as the initial responsibilities will be tailored to the experience and skills of the successful candidate. Each team associate will eventually be cross trained in many areas of the department.
This is a full-time position, with a salary commensurate with the experience of the successful candidate. We offer paid PTO, a 401K plan as well as a broad benefits package.

- Accounts Payable invoice data entry and statement reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable Business to Business collections
- Customer Invoicing
- Sales tax processing and remittance
- Order Entry
- General Ledger reconciliation work
