Since 1965, Viking Cue has been crafting legendary American-made pool cues known for precision, quality, and performance. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Material Handler / Shipping & Receiving Specialist to help ensure materials, inventory, and customer orders move efficiently throughout our operation.

What You'll Do
- Receive incoming materials and production items into inventory
- Process shipments and shipping transactions through company software
- Pick products and materials to fulfill customer orders
- Package products to ensure safe and accurate delivery
- Operate a forklift and move materials throughout the facility
- Support inventory accuracy and material flow throughout production
- Assist with quality control activities as needed
- Tag cues, clean shafts, and support production operations as needed
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and secure work environment
What We're Looking For
- Successful candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and take ownership of their work.
- We're looking for individuals who:
- Have prior shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience
- Possess forklift certification and operating experience
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Take initiative and maintain a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors
- Value accountability, reliability, and customer service
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Forklift certification and operator experience required
- Ability to learn and follow established processes and procedures
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
- Must be dependable and committed to quality and safety
