In this role, you'll estimate manufacturing costs by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and customer RFQs. You'll work closely with product design and machining teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer RFQs and technical documents
- Estimate labor, material, and time requirements
- Collaborate with design teams on new products and fixtures
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Support deal negotiations and project planning
- High school diploma or GED
- CNC machining experience (Milling, Turning, Swiss)
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Proficient in CAD/CAM and basic computer skills
- Solid math and shop math abilities
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Competitive hourly wage ($22 - $28/hour based on experience)
