We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, ambitious, and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Manual Machinists! As a Manual Machinist, you will meet customer requirements through the duties assigned. You will use Bridgeport, drill presses, and hand tools, and you will tap, ream, and countersink parts to the blueprint specifics. Responsibilities:
• Follow written processes and oral instructions to complete metal and plastic parts with excellent quality
• Complete job-specific and quality system documentation
• Complete work in a timely manner to meet required ship dates
Requirements:
• One-year related experience
• Basic math skills, Good written and oral communications
• Ability to understand processes
• Ability to read and apply technical date from prints
• Work environment is a manufacturing environment.
• Constant hearing, seeing.
• Frequent repetitive movements of arms, hands, wrists.
• Frequent carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-40 pounds and/or frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds.
• Occasionally frequent walking and standing.
• Occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, turning, twisting, bending, balancing.
