Now, we’re seeking a Quality Engineer to lead our manufacturing quality function and help us drive the next chapter of excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee and manage the quality function across the manufacturing facility.
  • Administer and continuously improve the quality program to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead supplier certification efforts, ISO system implementation, and act as the Quality Management Representative.
  • Provide proactive quality assurance support using statistical and non-statistical tools.
  • Supervise and develop team members, building a culture of quality and accountability.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Management, or Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience);  2 years of quality assurance leadership will equal one year of education.
  • 5+ years of quality-related experience preferred
  • Proficiency in CMM programming (PC-DMIS and SmartProfile experience a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and machining operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and computer proficiency.
  • ASQ certification is a plus.
