Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with a strong hands-on HR background who understands the day-to-day rhythm of human resources and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
This role owns key HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders across two local sites. This is not an entry-level position — the ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HRIS
- Administer employee benefits, enrollments, and changes
- Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Lead onboarding and offboarding activities
- Support compliance reporting and HR documentation
- Provide day-to-day employee support and guidance
- Partner with leadership to ensure consistent HR practices
- Manage personnel files and audit documentation for accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience in HR operations or generalist functions
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
