What You’ll Do
- Lead organization design and transformation projects across the enterprise.
- Assess organizational structures, role design, reporting relationships, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and operating models.
- Develop recommendations to address structural gaps, role overlap, and workforce alignment.
- Support large-scale change and transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6-8 years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, HR consulting, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading complex change and transformation initiatives.
- Organization Design or Strategic Management certifications preferred.
