Great opportunity for Outside Sales Supervisor with the perfect blend of growing existing accounts, prospecting new business, and leading a talented team of Outside Sales Representatives for a Company with an 88 year reputation of excellent products and customer service. Work from home with Company provided equipment and a great work/life balance with limited overnight travel. Proximity to one of our Distribution Centers in either Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Texas or Nevada a plus for training, customer interaction, and organizational support.
Responsibilities are to coach Outside Sales Representatives while executing sales functions including monitoring, developing and servicing key customer; quoting and negotiating custom products and special-priced orders; provide technical information and related administrative and follow-up responsibilities. Provides training, tools, and information that enable Outside Sales Representative to perform their duties with minimal supervision. Trains Outside Sales Representatives in procedures, product knowledge, negotiation skills, account management and other sales techniques. Encourages uses of appropriate promotional material to enhance the customer's awareness of our stock and custom capabilities.
Works with Sales management to develop sales tactics that contribute to overall Company goals and tracks Outside Sales Representatives progress. Assess Outside Sales Representatives performance and develop strong working relationships through effective one-on-one interactions and group discussions.
Candidates with post high school education or 3-5 years related experience and/or training in outside sales (or equivalent combination of education and experience) who can demonstrate ability to exercise sound judgment in developing solutions to day-to-day concerns when interacting with internal or external customers, and is detail oriented with excellent time management skills are encouraged to apply. A valid driver's license and your own transportation are required (we provide mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate.)
