We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager to join our senior management team as the “right hand” to the owner.
This is not just an administrative position—it is a hands-on leadership role that combines accounting, business administration, and operational support.
As Office Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our office operations, including working closely with our external accounting firm and supervising a full-time direct report.
You will utilize Global Shop ERP software to integrate costs, inventory, labor, and revenues into one cohesive system, including the general ledger.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and other computer skills
  • Preferred: Manufacturing experience (not required)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting (Ownership of Entire Accounting Process):
    • Manage General Ledger, Monthly Bank Reconciliations, P&L Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports
    • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, etc.
  • Operational Support:
    • Assist with Shipping Paperwork, Scheduling, Logistics, and Shipping/Receiving
    • Investigate Order Statuses, Pricing Information, and Retrieve Essential Data
  • Inside Sales Support:
    • Assist Sales Staff with Customer Quotations and Research
    • Act as a Liaison with Customers
  • Human Resources:
    • Manage HR Policies, Benefits Enrollment, and Payroll Coordination (with 3rd party processor)
  • Database Management:
    • Update and Organize ERP, CRM, and Other Company Databases
