Position Overview:

We are searching for a full-time Accounting Specialist to join our accounting/administration team at our St Paul, MN Office. This position is responsible for the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring that all customer invoicing is completed, accounts are accurate, and being collected in an acceptable time period. This position also includes some aspects of the Accounts Payable process along with administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce and Mail Customer Invoices
  • Apply Payments to Customer Accounts
  • Communicate with Customers about Payment as Needed
  • Assist in Processing Accounts Payable Invoices for Payment
  • Perform Filing and Other Administrative Duties as Needed
  • General Ledger Analysis
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Accounting or other Relevant Discipline Preferred
  • Minimum of One to Three Years’ Experience in Accounting
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Experience with Accounting/Enterprise Software
