What You'll Do: As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll be an essential part of our project management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Subcontractor Coordination: Evaluate subcontractor qualifications, issue and finalize agreements, and ensure smooth cost accounting.
- Document Management: Review, approve, and coordinate essential documents such as drawings, design clarifications, safety reports, and financial reports to keep projects on track.
- Project Management: Oversee the timely completion of punch list items, ensuring all work is finalized before demobilization.
- Financial Oversight: Approve invoices, assist with billing, and prepare monthly financial reports while maintaining accurate project files and communications.
- Project Closeout: Lead the closeout process, attending walkthroughs with the owner and architect, and ensuring punch list items are completed for sign-off.

What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: A BS in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years as a Project Engineer, or related experience working with a construction manager or general contractor. We also welcome relevant industry experience.
- Multitasker: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized and on schedule.
- Client-Focused: Strong communication skills, with a client-oriented mindset while keeping the company’s best interests in mind.
