The Role:
Are you detail-oriented and enjoy ensuring top-quality products? RB Metal Finishing is looking for a Shop Helper to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and all production areas to optimize customer order workflow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Movement of materials.
  • Follow written procedures on shop orders and/or customer paperwork.
  • Fill in as needed: Inspect and measure incoming, in-process, and completed parts using calipers to ensure they meet blueprint specifications.  Complete inspection reports.
  • Fill in as needed: Wrap and pack customer parts for shipment, ensuring everything is ready for delivery with care and precision.
  • Fill in as needed: mask parts.
  • Promote good housekeeping and safety practices.
  • Perform simple maintenance tasks on equipment and facility.
  • Work with our talented team to address any defects and maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve any issues, ensuring a seamless workflow.
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour starting

What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with ease.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
