Service Technician

No Experience Required - We'll Train the Right Person

Are you someone who enjoys fixing things, working with tools, figuring out how equipment works, or tackling hands-on projects? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for individuals with a mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude who are eager to learn. You do not need to be a licensed electrician, HVAC technician, or experienced service technician. We provide hands-on training, mentoring, and career development to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial foodservice equipment
• Learn basic electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and equipment diagnostic skills
• Work directly with customers to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Complete preventive maintenance and service calls
• Receive hands-on training from experienced technicians and factory-trained experts
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Mechanical, technical, or electrical aptitude
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments
• Ability to learn to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality work

Great Backgrounds for This Role

• Automotive repair or maintenance
• Manufacturing or production environments
• Construction trades
• Maintenance or facilities work
• Farming or agricultural equipment
• Military mechanical or technical roles
• Technical school or vocational programs

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8-hour day shifts
• Rotating on-call evenings and weekends approximately every 4-6 weeks
• Overtime opportunities available

Pay

$22.00 - $28.50 per hour, based on experience and transferable skills.
