What You'll Do
- Partner with our Quality Manager to build and strengthen our compliance program
- Support compliance with federal contracting, aerospace, and manufacturing requirements, including FAR, DFARS, CMMC, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and related regulations
- Review customer contracts, complete proposal compliance documentation, and respond to customer requests through secure portals
- Develop policies, procedures, and employee training that support compliance and continuous improvement
- Conduct internal audits, identify risks, and recommend process improvements
- Own our document control system, including version control, document templates, forms, records retention, and cross-department document management
- Work closely with Quality, Sales, IT, and Operations to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of compliance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, government contracting, or another regulated industry preferred
- Knowledge of document control, quality systems, federal regulations, or CMMC is a plus—we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to successfully pass a background check required for access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
