Position Summary:

The ERP Analyst will play a key role in the implementation, migration, and upgrade of ERP systems and other line-of-business applications. This individual will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to design processes and applications that align with business needs. A high level of organization and attention to detail are imperative as well as the ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing user requirements, recommending procedures, and training users on applications
  • Applying standard project management principles to organize work
  • Consulting with subject matter experts to create and maintain technical and institutional documentation, policies, and procedures for technical and end-user use
  • Writing SQL scripts and developing SSRS and other reports for end users, including ad-hoc reporting and data analysis using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrate your understanding of the underlying database structure of supported applications
  • Working in business applications to customize the interface or workflow to meet defined requirements
  • Making application-supported changes to forms, reports, and interface layout for ERP, CRM, and other applications

Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree in business, information systems, or computer science, and a minimum of five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Experience with Workwise ERP is desirable but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are a must
  • Proficiency in clear and effective communication across all organizational levels
  • Proficient in software environments including Aptean Industrial Enterprise Resource Planning - Workwise Edition (WW-ERP), Aptean CRM, ForecastPro, ProShip, Distribution Architects International (DAI), SQL Servers and SSRS, Windows, OpenVMS, Google GSuite, Microsoft Office, and GitHub
