Your Role in Our Team's Success

As a Maintenance Technician III, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational excellence of our facility. You’ll set up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our equipment while collaborating with production teams to maximize uptime and efficiency. With your expertise, you’ll help shape a safe, efficient, and innovative workspace.

What You Will Do

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and specialty equipment.
  • Perform inspections to detect wear, misalignment, or issues, and replace components as needed.
  • Ensure tooling is accurate, perform spin testing, and confirm proper setup.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain tools and spare parts.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facility equipment.
  • Train and guide other technicians while ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to optimize operations.
  • Troubleshoot PLC programs and fabricate parts as required.

What You'll Need

  • High School diploma or GED with 4 years of work experience, or 8 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. An Associate’s Degree is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical, hydraulic systems, and tool room equipment.
  • Proficiency with measuring devices and interpreting technical documents.
  • Experience in troubleshooting PLC programs.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; power truck experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. A focus on safety and adaptability ensures all team members can perform effectively.

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Pay: $30.19 - $49.48 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
