About MRA Scholarship
Our MRA scholarship is designed to cultivate awareness of our dedication to fostering growth and success by providing high-potential students with funding to support their educational journey. Our scholarship also inspires recipients to actively engage with us through internship opportunities and consider us an employer of choice for their future careers.

About Endowment Fund Scholarship for HR Excellence
The Excellence in Human Resources Scholarship component of MRA’s Centennial Endowment Fund is designed to recognize and support the development of human resources professionals. This scholarship will be targeted to successful college juniors and seniors in HR programs in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Ohio.

Qualifications for Entry
  • Soon-to-be Junior or Senior standing at an accredited 4-year college or university in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, or Wisconsin only
  • Major in Human Resources (HR) or closely related studies
  • Applicants may not be relatives of MRA employees or the Board of Directors.
  • Completed application, including a video questionnaire 
  • One letter of recommendation from a supervisor, professor, or school official
  • Copy of transcripts with an overall GPA of at least 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (official sealed copy preferred)
  • Employment resume: highlighting community, volunteer, and leadership initiatives in which you participated and collegiate awards and honors received.
Terms of Scholarship Award
The Excellence in Human Resources Scholarship Award will be withdrawn if a winner does not enroll with a Human Resources Management major in the next scheduled school term (unless having received their undergraduate degree) or if it is determined that the winner misrepresented relevant facts or presented non-original work (video questionnaire) in the application process. Furthermore, applicants may not be relatives of MRA employees or members of its Board of Directors.
