- Track samples and associated documentation through the foundry and finishing process, including process instructions and production records.
- Create, update, and audit procedures, SOPs, work instructions, BOMs, and related process documentation.
- Support new and existing sample activity and coordinate quality documentation, including PPAP or revision-related requirements as applicable.
- Oversee foundry lab operations and serve as backup to the Lab Technician, helping ensure required testing is completed accurately and on time.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and partner with production and plant leadership to strengthen quality performance.
- Provide day-to-day direction and support to the Foundry Lab Technician.

- Strong mathematical reasoning, computer skills, attention to detail, and technical aptitude.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across operators, leadership, customers, and team members.
- Ability to delegate, provide direction, and contribute ideas for process improvement; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
