Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Pay range: $19 to $23 per hour
Hours: Part-time, First Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Position Overview: As an Order Fulfillment Assembler, you will be a vital member of our Manufacturing and Production group, responsible for assembling subcomponents, inspecting quality, and packaging finished parts for shipment. Success in this role means working independently to build quality assemblies, ensuring accurate packaging and labeling, and maintaining organized inventory.

- Package finished parts in accordance with shipping and labeling requirements
- Load items onto pallets or into containers for transport
- Perform visual inspections during and after assembly to ensure product quality and identify any defects
- Assemble subcomponents and holdown products following written specifications, using hand tools and small equipment
- Capable of independently building most holdown assemblies and related processes
- Accurately complete work order documentation and enter required information into systems
- Transport materials to designated staging areas using hand trucks or forklifts, lifting packages up to 50 lbs as needed
- Restock and maintain inventory in an organized and efficient manner
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of relevant experience in assembly, packaging, or manufacturing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and follow written specifications
- Understanding of basic assembly processes and manufacturing procedures
- Familiarity with shipping, packaging, and labeling standards
- Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling (e.g., hand trucks, forklifts)
- Proficient in using hand tools and small assembly equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good organizational skills
