This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for people to a dynamic, collaborative, and growth-focused company.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll also act as the local face of our HR department—someone employees can trust, confide in, and rely on for support and guidance.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • At least 2 years of HR experience (HR generalist experience in manufacturing is a plus)
  • PHR certification a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems (experience with Paylocity a plus)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage sensitive situations professionally, and build positive relationships across all levels
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
  • Be part of a collaborative and people-first culture
  • Play a key role in shaping a positive and engaged work environment
  • Lead local HR programs and make a meaningful impact
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Wellness programs, social events, and employee appreciation activities
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This role is primarily office-based with regular use of a computer and phone. Occasional standing and walking required. Noise level is generally moderate. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
