Front Desk Associate & Night Auditor Openings

Pay: $14–$16/hour

TownePlace Suites Bradenton is hiring for multiple positions at the front desk, including Front Desk Associates (evenings) and Night Auditors (overnight).

If you have hotel experience and understand how to deliver strong guest service in a fast-paced environment, we want to connect.

Open Positions

Front Desk Associate (Evening Shift)

• Typical hours: 3PM–11PM
• Guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and service recovery
• Maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming front desk presence

Night Auditor (Overnight Shift)

• Typical hours: 11PM–7AM
• Complete night audit process, including balancing and reporting
• Handle overnight guest needs and ensure a smooth transition to the morning team

What We’re Looking For

• Prior hotel front desk or Night Audit experience strongly preferred
• Marriott FOSSE experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work assigned shift (evenings or overnight), including weekends
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
