Job Title: Marketing Director  

Reports To: CEO

Summary: The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing initiatives that promote our brand, engage customers, drive sales, and organizational growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, ensuring innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • New Restaurant Opening: Work with the Operations team to develop new restaurant opening strategies to build brand awareness and drive opening initiatives
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and enhance brand equity.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to expand online presence and engagement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing efforts.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and monitor marketing performance, corporate revenue performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing communications with stakeholders, partners, and external agencies.

  • Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
