MRA is assisting one of our member companies in the search for their next Human Resources Generalist. As an HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting the HR team with administrative and technical tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You'll also work closely with various teams to help implement programs and strategies that enhance and strengthen our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll and HRIS Management: Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate timekeeping records. Review timecards for accuracy. Troubleshoot HRIS system issues and update HRIS.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Post job openings, review resumes, conduct phone screens and assist with candidate evaluations. Administer pre-employment screenings.
- Employee Onboarding and Documentation: Manage new hire documentation in HRIS. Schedule benefit meetings
-Employee Relations and Inquires: Serve as the first point of contact for HR Inquires. Direct associates to appropriate contacts for assistance with issues or concerns.
-Performance Management: Assist with performance review process. Conduct stay interviews, pulse surveys and exit interviews.
Education and Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office365, Excel, Word, and other HR systems.
