Position Summary
- The Customer Service Associate serves as the frontline and first point of contact for external customers. UPC prides themselves on excellent customer service.
- It is critical that this role always conducts friendly, professional, and prompt communication both with external customers and internal staff.
- This role serves customers daily by providing product, order, shipping, and service information. The Customer Service Associate should build relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
- Position requires thorough knowledge of UPC products within the first few months of employment.
- Customer Service Associates handle all administrative duties that facilitate the order entry process.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Adobe, Etc
- Multi-line phone system
- Copy Machine
- ERP experience helpful
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role.
- Extremely detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, stressful situations, and deadline pressures as well as plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency operating Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Office and Word.
- Must have a strong aptitude working in an ERP, such as Odoo, or other related systems.
- Must have the ability to learn and master UPC’s internal order entry system.
