Role: Cost Controller
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Schedule: Monday through Friday, in office
Salary Range: $90K to $100KThe Role:
Partner with Operations and Accounting teams to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple facilities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and inventory accounting while providing insights that improve business results. Champion process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and optimize ERP systems to enhance operational and financial effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience supporting complex, multi-entity operations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, internal controls and modern financial systems, along with a proven ability to ensure accuracy and compliance
