This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about connecting funders with meaningful impact.

  • Craft approximately 100 persuasive grant proposals, letters of intent, and reports aligned with JA’s mission and funder priorities annually.
  • Collaborate with program and finance teams to define goals, outcomes, and budgets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive grant calendar and integrate it into organizational systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

  • Work alongside passionate professionals and community leaders.
