The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 Annually. Pay is dependent on several factors, including relevant work experience. Work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., but can be negotiated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress.
- Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates to project timelines and budgets.
- Support resource allocation and manage project schedules.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the submittal process.
- Order job-specific products (i.e. glass, metal, caulk, etc.)
- Assist in field measuring.
- Lien Waivers, Closeout and Warranty documentation.
- Run small projects with the opportunity to grow into larger projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in the commercial construction industry and/or the glass and glazing industry preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
- Familiarity with ComputerEase would be helpful but not necessary.
