Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress.
  • Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates to project timelines and budgets.
  • Support resource allocation and manage project schedules.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the submittal process.
  • Order job-specific products (i.e. glass, metal, caulk, etc.)
  • Assist in field measuring.
  • Lien Waivers, Closeout and Warranty documentation.
  • Run small projects with the opportunity to grow into larger projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
 
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in the commercial construction industry and/or the glass and glazing industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Familiarity with ComputerEase would be helpful but not necessary.


The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 Annually. Pay is dependent on several factors, including relevant work experience. Work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., but can be negotiated.
