Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Hybrid Work Model

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage orders, documentation, and follow-up processes
