As an Inside Sales Representative at The Verdin Company, you will be responsible for taking on a dedicated territory with an extensive, well-developed customer base. You will start as an inside sales representative to understand our system, learn our processes, product lines, client base and the overall Verdin culture. Your growth path will be to a dedicated territory predominantly in the midwestern or eastern portions of the country. As part of the sales training program, you will take inbound calls, qualify sales leads, create proposals and quotes, and get the experience of closing sales across our various product lines.

To be considered, you will have the following:
- Proven success as a sales representative is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Sales experience in the Church market would be a plus.
- Experience with electro-mechanical products would be a plus.
- Ability to travel and meet with prospective customers and provide on-site demonstrations of Verdin products.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and experience with CRM tools – preferably Goldmine.
- The ability and desire to work/travel independently; self-discipline, initiative, and organizational skills are critical.
- The physical ability to climb up bell and clock towers to survey existing equipment and tower configurations.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse base of prospective customers – religious leaders, town mayors, educational professionals, general contractors, commercial businesses, etc.
