About The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision machined components.
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (4/10 schedule). A Friday shift from 6:00 AM–11:00 AM may be required periodically, along with additional overtime as needed to meet business demands.

About The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision machined components.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate conventional and swiss machines safely and efficiently to produce quality parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Understand and apply GD&T symbols and specifications.
- Measure and document part dimensions using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet customer and quality requirements.
- Make machine offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy throughout production runs.
- Touch off tools and verify proper tool setup before machining operations.
- Change tooling as required and verify tool condition and performance.
- Complete inspection records and production documentation accurately.
- Monitor machine performance and report any quality or equipment concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent attendance record and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CNC lathes and/or machining centers.
- Familiarity with shop math and basic machining calculations.
- Experience working in a job shop or short-run manufacturing environment.
- Competitive pay of $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
