At ATI, our Civil Engineers provide advice and guidance throughout projects, from initial bid to the final design phase, guaranteeing total client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working in the field, ensuring construction projects are built according to plans and specifications, and confirming quantities in the contractor’s payment applications for total overall satisfaction
  • Act as resident project representative on the construction site
  • Lead design activities for municipal projects such as water mains, roads, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and site development
  • Create construction drawings, specifications, investigations, and overall condition reports
  • Lead all project management initiatives and efforts associated with meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations

Position Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum seven years’ experience in design/construction oversight
  • High-level communication skills and proven ability to work side by side with departments and clients, building effective relationships 
  • Licensed WI PE currently or willing to obtain within the first 18 months of employment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD, required, Civil 3D and ArcGIS, a plus
