Ray Ray’s is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our newest establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. 

Duties 

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality food and service. 
• Work closely with Kitchen Manager/Pitboss to maintain high food quality standards, manage food and labor costs and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. 
• Supervise and train service staff in drink preparation, cash handling, customer service protocols and general hospitality. 
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience, increase restaurant profitability and build a strong team. 
• Oversee catering services, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly. 
• Coordinate with HQ Leadership Team to prepare reports on sales performance, labor costs, and other key metrics for management review. 
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth in keeping with our company culture 

Qualifications 

• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role. 
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. 
• Experience in cash handling and financial management within a restaurant setting. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Previous experience in catering is a plus but not required. 
• A background in local restaurant or hospitality management is desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
