JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account Executive plays a key role in providing solutions that meet customers' needs that boost top-line revenue and profitability. The Account Executive will develop and secure new customers while managing and growing an existing customer base.

Compensation is a combination of salary plus commission structure that is based upon experience
Flexible Hybrid Schedule after in-office training is complete
10% of travel required
RESPONSIBILITIES

Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively, edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively, and can read and interpret written information.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field. A combination of relevant education and/or experience in lieu of formal education will also be considered.
Three years of sales/account executive and/or customer service/inside sales experience; manufacturing environment preferred - paper, printing, and/or converting industry experience highly preferred.
Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills; strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Previous ERP experience preferred.
