Member: Late Night Slice - A Columbus-founded pizza joint specializing in by-the-slice offerings and an irreverently fun atmosphere that is focused on experience as much as it is on serving excellent pizza. Open lunch, dinner, and late night for dine-in and carryout orders of all sizes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Title: Assistant General Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for store ordering (food, beverage, supplies, etc.)
- Weekly store scheduling
- Conduct consistent communication with the staff on company updates, large orders, store concerns, etc.
- Inventory
- Delegate duties to others effectively and respectfully
- Oversee product rotation and organization
- Adjusting Toast, waste, time clocks, etc.
- Work with the GM to communicate any instances of coaching to constantly evaluate and give feedback to staff
- Assure completion of per shift Pep Rallies/pre-shift information
- Performs all other duties as assigned in accordance with the General Manager.
- Provides supervision to others through motivation, direction, review, and feedback of assigned tasks.
- Maintains LNS standards and codes of conduct.
- Schedules orders and completes inventory when assigned.
- Provides timely reporting of location financials to upper management, if necessary.
- Oversees customer service/ bar, and pizza personnel.
- Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Communication – Ability to communicate with customers, employees, management, and vendors. Conveys expectations to and provides concise and timely reporting.

- Work Quality – Directly responsible for quality control. Consistently achieves desired outcomes with a minimum of avoidable errors and problems.
- Safety – Organizes and trains others in proper safety standards. Ensures practices are followed daily.

- Customer Service – The ability to satisfy the expectations and requirements of customers. Displays courtesy and sensitivity and responds promptly to service requests. Identifies customer needs and explains services clearly. Handles difficult situations.
- Management of Personnel Resources - Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
- High school diploma or GED certificate, college degree preferred but not required
- Prior management experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to drive company vehicles is contingent upon MVR review by the company insurance
- Food preparation experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
