Twin Disc, a global leader in power transmission technology, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee production, warehouse, and distribution operations at our Racine, WI facility. Education

Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA a plus).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
  • Oversee budgets, cost control, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to resolve challenges and deliver exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 7+ years in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution leadership.
  • Proven success in operational excellence, team development, and KPI management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (JDE preferred), WMS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in Lean tools, structured problem-solving, and compliance-driven environments.
