The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a driven Regional Account Executive to lead the retail expansion of ORCA (One Regional Card for All) — a contactless transit fare card used across five Puget Sound agencies. This is your chance to help transform public transportation across the Seattle area by bringing modern payment tech into more retail locations.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and grow a retail sales channel for ORCA
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners in Seattle and surrounding areas
- Serve as the expert on RCC’s retail solutions and payment tech
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure retail success
- Own your territory — you’ll be the face of the ORCA retail expansion

Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful retail sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HubSpot or CRM experience a plus
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel locally
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
