This position is primarily responsible for the recruiting activities across all branch locations and development of relationships across local high schools, universities, technical colleges, and the community.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment including creation of job ads, sourcing, phone interviews, onsite interviews and assessment reviews.
- Utilize ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, indeed, job boards, etc.).
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Develop relationships with local high schools, technical colleges, universities, and community groups to develop talent pipelines
- Act as the sales function of human resources to showcase our employee value proposition (EVP)
- Attending career fairs and community events which may require occasional travel and work during nights or weekends.
- Responsible for managing temp labor hours and submitting hours to staffing agencies
- Assist in the development of an internship program. After the program is developed, this person is also responsible for managing and maintaining the program.
- Work with Marketing and HR Managers to develop and maintain employer branding initiatives.
- Work with department leaders and hiring managers to understand skills required for positions.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Manage offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination, including system onboarding, conducting new hire orientations, and new hire check ins.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection best practices.
- Support workforce planning and forecasting activities.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (time to fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, etc.).
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS (applicant tracking system).
- Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting processes and tools.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, best practices, and labor market insights. Communicate those trends to improve hiring practices.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal and state regulations (EEO, FLSA, ADA, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Provides back-up support to the department when needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Knowledge of Recruiting best practices
- Proven experience in creation, implementation, and maintenance of Talent Programs
- Proficient in MSOffice with intermediate stills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity in HR policies and procedures is preferred but not required
- Team-player that enjoys collaborating with peers
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or related experience in business administration
- 5-7 years’ experience in talent acquisition or sales
- 2-3 years’ experience recruiting in a highly skilled manufacturing, engineering, and sales environment
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to speak and listen
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds
