What You’ll Do

As part of our Inside Sales team, you’ll partner closely with Outside Sales, Purchasing, and customers to move opportunities forward and deliver value.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing quotes, follow‑ups, and closing opportunities
  • Processing purchase orders, acknowledgements, expedites, and RMAs
  • Partnering with Outside Sales to build pipeline and strengthen customer Relationships
  • Researching accounts, identifying key contacts, and generating interest
  • Maintaining profitability while supporting inventory and supply chain solutions
  • Updating opportunities in Marsh’s Customer Relationship Management system
This Inside Sales role allows you to strengthen Relationships while playing a critical role in revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
  • Occasional overnight travel (less than 5%)
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of industrial sales and/or customer service experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Requirements

  • Regular speaking and listening
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
  • Occasional reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds
