ErgoAV is growing! ErgoAV is seeking an Order/Data Entry specialist to join our growing organization. As an Order/Data Entry Specialist, you’ll assist customers with all facets of the customer care process including customer set up, order entry, and after sale customer support.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Transfer Data from hard copy to digital databases
- Create and Maintain Customer Information
- Provide administrative support
- Accurately input information from a customer PO into order management systems ensuring pricing and quantity align with pricing schedules, payment terms are accurate, ship to and bill to information is verified
- Ensure sales orders are entered accurately and verify sales orders are shipped and invoiced on time
- Review accounts receivable and apply payments when received
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all required new customer paperwork and its entry into the computer system.
- Communicate with the warehouse staff regarding shipment changes, cancellations, and shipment timeframes
- Maintain a detailed and organized storage system to ensure timely order processing and invoice payment
- Generate and modify reports using Excel to meet company requirements and needs
- Occasional Sales support for various projects as needed
- All other duties as assigned.
- Strong Time Management skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to understand and communicate both orally and in writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills required to navigate software and internet with multiple browsers, email, social media, websites and chat tools.
- Strong Excel skills with understanding of simple formulas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, Presentation skills, initiative and creativity.
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Ability to be effective while working independently
- Data Analytics familiarity preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of Data/Order Entry experience required
- Associate and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
