Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments on strategic initiatives including but not limited to departments in Payroll, Compliance, Marketing, Administration, IT, as well as branch leadership.
  • Completion of day-to-day tasks with a high level of accuracy and dedication to compliance.
  • Triage and respond to employee questions and provide support through solutions delivering exceptional customer service to employees and leadership.
  • Participate in investigations as necessary.
  • Audit and analyze HR data and use data-driven insights to improve employee engagement and organizational performance.
  • Support initiatives related to change management, process improvement, and culture development.
  • Ensure internal compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Build and maintain trust with leaders and employees acting as an advocate and advisor in daily interactions.
  • Approach situations with a mindset of problem solving and anticipation of potential ways others may be impacted by suggested solutions, selecting the best options for optimal results.
  • Provide input on total rewards and implement communications, administration, and configuration of company benefits.
  • Review Handbook and Policies regularly and as business needs require.
  • Support Talent Acquisition function, continuously educating and improving the employee experience for the full employee life cycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with ICHRA, Self-Funding, and other dynamic benefit solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in Mortgage Industry.
  • Experience working for a midsized organization providing HR support for a workforce located in multiple U.S. States, who perform work in a remote, onsite, and hybrid capacity.

Pay range for this position is $67,000 - $82,000 based on experience.

This is onsite role at the corporate office in Brookfield, WI.
