We are looking for a person for our Deposit Operations Department Manager responsible for management, development and leadership of the Deposit Operations and Customer Solutions teams. Supervises all deposit operations ensuring complete, accurate and timely completion of activities. Processes include but are not limited to account reconciliation (GL), Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing, deposit fraud loss mitigation, wire processing, account maintenance, debit card program support and dispute (Reg E) processing, online and mobile banking, and policy and procedure maintenance and publications.

Qualifications, Education and Experience Needed:
- 10 years banking deposit operations experience required with strong knowledge of core deposit system experience (product development, product setup, product change) digital and online banking products, payment systems (ACH, card, check, wire), operations risk management and regulatory requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Fiserv Cleartouch is a must
- Associate or bachelors degree in related field is required or equivalent work related experience
- Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable financial services regulatory and compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Technologically inclined with extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word , SharePoint), core banking systems and related products, awareness of digital trends, and bank industry technology

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management, development and leadership of the Deposit Operations and Customer Solutions teams. Hold teams accountable for daily duties and responsibilities, bank success and compliance ensuring complete, accurate and timely completion of activities
- Manages team that respond to internal and external customer inquiries, and problem solves related issues in a timely manner
- Understand deposit applications within the Bank's core system and ensure applications within the system are configured and operating accurately
- Oversee the deposit application and General Ledger (GL) structure to ensure financial accuracy
- Serve as an administrator of core banking system (Fiserv Cleartouch)
- Work closely with other departments as needed to collaborate on deposit related implementation projects and new product development
- Establish Department and individual goals while engaging Team to take ownership of achieving goals; conducts one-on-one coaching with Team
- Create and contribute to a positive work environment that facilitates exceptional service and employee engagement
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Promote the bank’s products and services
- Ensure continuous training and development for self and Team
- Follow policies and procedures to protect the bank from risk and exposure
- Ensure compliance and audit controls are followed to protect the bank from unnecessary risk and exposure
