Who We Are: Bazaar Home Decorating is a family-owned, high-end window treatment retailer and Hunter Douglas dealer. We help homeowners find the perfect blinds, shades and shutters to elevate their spaces – and   for a design-savvy, people-loving consultant to help them do it.

What You’ll Do as a Custom Window Treatment Design Consultant, the go-to Expert for style and function:
•    Design Stylish Solutions – Help customers select the perfect window treatments that fit their aesthetic, lifestyle and budget
•    Consult with Clients – Meet with homeowners in-store & in-home, offering expert recommendations tailored to their needs
•    Sell with Confidence – Turn design ideas into reality by guiding clients through the decision making process and closing the deal
•    Measuring & Planning – Ensure every order is accurate for a flawless final installation
•    Growing Your Income – Earn uncapped commissions & incentives while doing what you love!

Who You Are – A Go Getter who:
•    Has a passion for design and enjoys helping people create beautiful spaces
•    Is a natural communicator who can connect with people and build relationships
•    Has at least one year of sales experience (B2C preferred, but if you can sell we want to talk!)
•    Thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing environment – no two days are the same!
•    Loves the idea of flexible, high-energy work that gets you out of the office and into amazing homes
•    Is detailed oriented and tech savvy enough to learn new systems quickly
•    Wants to make $50K-$100K per year (your income is in your hands, leads are provided)
