United Tool is seeking a strategic Production Supervisor to lead operations across 1st and 2nd shifts, overseeing a skilled team of machinists and leads. This is a new role with the opportunity to shape our structure, people, and processes for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Train and mentor leads and machinists, coach through technical and programming challenges
  • Develop training processes and drive continuous improvement and process change
  • Align quality with operations by enforcing ISO and QMS standards
  • Provide strategic planning around staffing, scheduling, and equipment
  • Drive accountability and support a high-performance, results-driven culture

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of CNC machining and turning experience (required)
  • Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience training and developing teams
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems
  • Success in process improvement and change implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lead with vision and inspire team performance
