Job Statement:
Supervise employees and maintain all aspects of the work center. Track and assign jobs to ensure productivity requirements are met. Use hands and light tools to assemble electrical wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, or other products. Operates terminal application and/or wire cutting machines.

- Supervise, counsel, train, and direct employees in work center(s).
- Track job folders and assign jobs to appropriate assembly employees.
- Identify proper specifications from cut sheets and job orders.
- Inspect products to ensure within specifications.
- Minimize scrap through proper operation and assembly.
- Use hand and light tools to assemble electrical wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Miscellaneous other duties as assigned by 1st Shift Supervisor.

- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to see and differentiate colors. Corrected vision that allows reading of small alphanumeric letters at a distance of 12-18 inches.
- Able to lift boxes containing materials and finished goods up 40 pounds.
- Ability to use fingers to push and pull wires into connectors with forces of up to 2 pounds.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to mate and de-mate connectors with forces of up to 5 pounds.
- Ability to work while frequently walking, standing, climbing stairs and ladders.
QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Education or Equivalent.
- Ability to understand, speak read, and write English.
- Ability to understand, speak and read Spanish required.
- Basic Math Skills and ability to read a ruler.
- Must have working knowledge of ERP Software.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
