Sales Administrator 
Pay Range: $21-$28/hour (based on experience) 
Ixonia, WI | Full-Time 

Taylor Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and customers. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while managing order processing, sales support activities, and administrative functions that help keep our business running smoothly and growing. 

What You'll Do 

• Process customer orders, quotes, and sales documentation. 
• Support customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries. 
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. 
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems. 
• Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks. 
• Support special projects, customer events, and trade show activities as needed. 

What We're Looking For 

• Experience in sales administration, customer service, inside sales, or office support. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. 
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
