Job Title: Assembler - Dock Gates, 1st shift - 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

We are looking for a 1st shift (7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m) Assembler - Dock Gates to join the team. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get into manufacturing!
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor the part inventory supply.
- Conduct assembly of subcomponent parts according to written specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and small equipment to assist in the assembly of components.
- Visually inspect assembled parts for quality defects.
- Utilize an overhead crane to palletize the assembled part.
- Utilize a handtruck or forktruck to move pallets to the proper staging area for shipment.
- Complete required work order paperwork or computer entry of information.
- Interacts with other department personnel regarding work order status and customer updates.
- Restocks inventory in an accurate and organized fashion.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Assist with other department duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
- Willing to work overtime during peak seasons.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions.
- Must pass forklift/man lift certification (provided on-site).
