Work Schedule:
We value flexibility! This position offers a preferred day shift schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible to adjust start time)
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (HALF DAY FRIDAYS!)
Salary Range: $19-$24/hour

What You'll Do:
- Operate Bridgeport, drill presses, and hand tools to create high-quality metal and plastic parts
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure every part meets our exacting standards
- Complete job-specific and quality documentation with precision and accuracy
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deliver exceptional products on time
- Be part of a team that values quality and strives to set new industry standards!
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Math skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technical data
- Ability to read and apply technical prints with ease
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
